Reasons for Weight Loss
Somebody on SparkPeople asked what our top two reasons are for weight loss. I said:
1. So I can be happier about the way I look. I think all I need for this is to get rid of my tummy. I’m happy with the rest of myself, but I want the tummy to be gone.
2. So I can be more fit. Right now I get out of breath climbing a couple of flights of stairs. I think I need to do more cardio for this…but I hate cardio!
I realized that I don’t need to be super-skinny, I just want to get rid of my tummy. The rest of me is fine!
