New Alli Pill
So I’ve been hearing about the new Alli pill - I heard about it first from my wife and then again on NPR this morning. It’s apparently an FDA-approved weight loss drug, the first over the counter one they have approved. Of course it probably helps that the prescription version, Xenical, was already approved. Alli is going on sale tomorrow and I’ve been thinking about getting it…you are supposed to talk to your doctor first but I pretty much never do that with weight loss stuff, of course. My wife said that she is going to get it tomorrow and I asked her to pick some up for me. She mentioned that you can’t eat more than 15g of fat with a meal when you’re taking this, but I don’t usually eat high-fat meals anyway. So I’m going to give it a try, who knows if it will help any…we shall see!

Be careful with the Alli! If you do eat larger than recommended amounst of fat one of the side effects is unconrollable bowel movements.
I am curius to see how you make out on this. Every one I know is trying this.
Good Luck!
